You must download the **Order earnings report** from eBay, as this contains all the necessary financial breakdowns.

1. **Log in** to your eBay account.
2. Navigate to **My eBay** (usually top right).
3. Go to the **Payments** section in Seller Hub.
4. Look for **Reports and Statements** or **Reports** in the menu.
5. Click **Generate Report**.
6. For the **Report Type**, select **Order earnings report**.
7. Select your desired **Date Range**.
8. Ensure the format is set to **CSV**.
9. Click **Generate Report**, wait for it to process, and then **Download** the file.

**Note:** Using a report type other than 'Order earnings report' may result in errors when parsing the data.
