Date Math Pro helps you calculate project timelines and business deadlines without worrying about weekends or holidays. This guide will show you how to get the most out of the tool.
Use the Range Finder card when you have two specific dates and need to know exactly how far apart they are in business days.
Enter your Start Date and End Date.
Click Calculate to see the total Business Days (skipping weekends and your holiday list).
Use the Date Shift card to find out what the date will be after a certain amount of time has passed.
"What is the date 15 Work Days from today?" This tool will jump over Saturdays and Sundays automatically to give you the real business deadline.
Date Math Pro keeps track of every calculation you perform during your session. You can turn these into a professional document at any time.
Review Recent History
See your calculations at the bottom of the tool.
Click "Print History Report"
Found in the top right navigation bar.
Save as PDF or Print
The report is optimized to extend to full page width with clean headers and columns.
By default, the tool knows that Saturdays and Sundays are not work days. You can further customize this by adding your local holidays.
Add Holidays
Pick a date in the sidebar and click "+".
Remove Holidays
Click the "X" on any holiday to return it to a work day.
Calculations are stored for your current session. If you refresh the page or click "Reset", your history and holidays will be cleared.
To find a past date, simply put a minus sign (–) in front of the number in the "Value" box (e.g., -5 days).
Note on Printing: For the best report layout, ensure your printer settings are set to "Background Graphics: On" to see the header styling.
